Important Information for Employers

You may experience a temporary increase in the amount of Notice to Withhold/Wage Assignments you receive from our office. We recognize some of these documents may be duplicates of documents you already have on file. However, we encourage you to verify all information contained on the wage assignment received as these documents may contain new statewide Participant ID numbers and other case identifying information. Again, we do apologize for this increase, but assure you this increase is temporary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Again, it is a pleasure to work with your company in ensuring all children receive the financial and health support necessary for their support and well-being.
