Responsible for managing field data collection activities. Manage, train, and supervise several hundred field staff updating address lists and maps, conducting in-person interviews to gather census data, and conducting other follow-up activities. The Census Field Manager will also train, supervise, and manage office staff. 

Regional Technicians serve as technical/procedural specialists in a variety of areas and deal with a variety of personnel and procedural issues within and outside the Regional Census Center (RCC).

Smart911 enables users to create a free, private, and secure Safety Profile which can be used by Emergency Dispatchers and Firefighters to locate and help individuals requiring assistance during an emergency.


Eat, Laugh, Learn, & Grow at the Kern County Library's Expanding Lunch at the Library Program  (PDF)

The Lunch at the Library Program kicks off in June this year.  In addition to last year's locations, KCL has added 7 new locations, as well as a Breakfast service.
