Beginning July 1, 2026, all participants wishing to provide public comment during Board of Supervisors meetings, whether in-person or remotely, must register to speak. Speakers will be limited to two minutes. Per the Administrative and Procedural Rules for the Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Rule 5, speaker limits will apply.
