The County Safety Committee was established  to serve two main purposes:
  1. It acts as a method to disseminate safety related information to every department.
  2. It allows safety related questions and issues to be discussed among the entire committee with the hope that solutions may be applied to any department.

The Committee is made up of a representative from each County department.

The Committee meets quarterly.
